Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the sender without approval.
Only unused products in resellable condition will be accepted for return.

3. Shipping & Costs
The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) or unpaid return packages will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and proper packaging to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected for compliance with our return conditions, a refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made if the requested item is available in stock.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with visible damage, broken packaging, or missing items, do not accept the package without requesting a damage report from the courier.

Based on the information and photos you provide, we will evaluate the case and, if applicable, ship a replacement at no additional cost.
