- Fill the Return Request Creation Online form
- If your request turns out to be negative and you are not satisfied with the response, contact info@turtlecancarry.eu via e-mail address.
- If your request is confirmed, send product back with the cargo information in the e-mail you will receive!
Should I Pay the Shipping Costs When Sending Exchange Products?
Shipping costs of your exchange shipments belong to TURTLE EU. You can send the product or products that you want to be exchanged, by using the above-mentioned return & exchange code, by DHL or UPS Cargo, which we have agreed, without damaging in the original box.
We can not accept the cargo which you send other than DHL or UPS Cargo.
How Long Can I Exchange & Return My Product?
For purchases made through TURTLE EU, the return of the product must be requested from the return & exchange area within 14 days after delivered to the contracted cargo within 3 working days. Otherwise, your exchange request will not be approved and the product you sent will be returned.
